We are so glad you could take time for yourself to enjoy The Cottage at Goodhue Lake! It is our mission to add value to our hometown. We hope you enjoy the serene environment of the wooded area, and the lake just down the driveway.
You do have access to the dock at the corner. Please refrain from using the pavilion as that requires reservations with another party. Please enjoy!
HOUSE GUIDE
Kitchen Appliances
A stove, refrigerator,and dishwasher are available for your convenience. Please leave the refrigerator empty of perishables and appliances clean. Please leave the kitchen as you found it to include dishes cleaned in the dishwasher, at least.
Air Conditioning / Heat
The Cottage has split units located in the living room and the bedroom. They are both the air conditioner and heater. Temperature can be controlled with the remote controls by the front door and bathroom door. Remotes should remain in their spaces and not be moved.
When leaving, please leave AC at 80* when leaving or heat at 65* to help save on utilities.
FIRE PIT
This must remain in its place in the drive way-away from the house and pine trees above. Do not overload with wood, cover the fire with grate, and fully extinguish when unattended
GRILL
The Grill is located on the porch but should be operated AWAY from the house to avoid melting siding or fires. It does require charcoal.

Is fast and available to guests during their stay
